CoNext Wealth Partners in McMurray, PA creates a team approach while aiding clients through a complex financial-services world. We are currently seeking a motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team and deliver the results our clients have come to expect.

Job Description

Responsible for executing on the client service program including new client onboarding, ongoing client service and daily operational duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the first positive point of contact for clients, team and guests.

  • Create meaningful relationships in a fast-paced culture of operational efficiency.

  • Prepare new account and service paperwork accurately and efficiently to completion.

  • Fulfill routine client service requests, document, resolve inquiries and escalate cases when appropriate.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain a systematic appointment scheduling process.

  • Assist with planning client appreciation and team events.

  • Maintain data of interactive programs for clients, prospects and advisors.

  • Additional office management duties including ordering supplies, maintain filing system, phone system technology.

Job requirements

Key Competencies

  • B.S/B.A. Degree Preferred not required.

  • 1-2+ Year’s Financial Services Experience Preferred.

  • Client Service aptitude.

  • Organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.

  • Attention to Detail.

  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.
