CoNext Wealth Partners in McMurray, PA creates a team approach while aiding clients through a complex financial-services world. We are currently seeking a motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team and deliver the results our clients have come to expect.

Job Description

Responsible for executing on the client service program including new client onboarding, ongoing client service and daily operational duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact to client inquiries, scheduling and follow-up.

  • Assist financial advisor(s) with preparing for client meetings, including gathering reports, account summaries, and planning materials.

  • Comfortable supporting financial advisors and our team, with a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness. 

  • Skilled at navigating complex processes with attention to compliance, accuracy, and documentation. 

  • Capable of identifying root causes and suggesting sustainable solutions—not just quick fixes.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and contributing to a new initiative with startup energy within an enterprise environment. 

  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

  • Support client onboarding, account opening and servicing requests.

  • Coordinate and process paperwork for account transactions, transfers and service needs.

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding items with clients and custodians.

  • Assist with marketing and client appreciation initiatives as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to advisors and contribute to team efficiency.

Job requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

  • One to three years of experience in customer service, client service or administrative experience in a professional environment; experience in wealth management or financial operations, with a strong understanding of advisor workflows and service delivery.

  • Strong working knowledge of account maintenance, LPL ClientWorks, or other advisor-facing platforms, CRM data management and operational compliance is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Willingness to accept tasks no matter how big or small.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with financial services software is a plus.

 

Compensation is based on prior experience.
