What You’ll Do

As a Client Services Associate, you’ll be a vital part of the client experience, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and account support.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and advisors.

  • Manage operational workflows to ensure smooth business processes.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.

  • Collaborate with advisors on setting and achieving strategic quarterly and annual goals.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a client service or support role (financial services, legal, or banking preferred).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Entry-level understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations.

Position Details

  • Full-Time in our office in Del Mar, Ca.

  • Compensation- $52,000- $62,000/ yr.
