We are looking for a Client Service Associate with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping us exceed client expectations while contributing to our positive, team-oriented culture.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

  • Administrative Tasks: Managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing files, handling inbound/outbound mail and packages, maintaining common areas and supplies, greeting clients and guests.

  • Operational Support: Coordinating internal processes to ensure smooth operations, providing backup support for other administrative roles.

  • Financial Support: Ordering/mailing client gifts, preparing prospect packets, processing payments and invoices, tracking and organizing financial information.

  • Client Interaction: Acting as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with client inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete and follow up on client requests.

  • Take initiative to identify innovative solutions to resolve account matters and meet client needs.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen client relationships and enhance the overall experience.

  • Work with Fidelity, LPL and Charles Schwab dealing with client accounts, distributions and concerns.

  • On boarding and opening new accounts for clients from all three institutions.

Job requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Client service experience (financial industry preferred).

  • Financial licensing not required, however a plus.

  • Experience working with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, LPL, etc.) not required, however a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000/year.
