Riverview Wealth Partners is a team of independent financial advocates focused on helping our clients reach their financial goals. Our advisors work with an exclusive number of high-value clientele including individuals, families, executives, and business owners, as well as several institutional clients. We are a fee-only firm that is intricately involved in every aspect of our clients’ lives.

We have an opening for a Client Services Associate position (part-time or full-time) which will be focused on enhancing relationships with our high-net-worth clients. This role is a key part of our team serving as the true connection between our clients and advisors. Day-to-day responsibilities include all administrative and operational tasks necessary to provide an exceptional client experience. We are searching for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude who is a strong team player and who understands the importance of an impeccable level of service. This person must also demonstrate a genuine understanding of the importance that both new and existing client relationships have on the long-term success of the organization.

This is a flexible hybrid position, with a part-time schedule of 4-5 hours a day Monday-Friday. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is also available. For both positions Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and an allowance to offset health care expenses is available. Salary range $40K-$60K based on position (part-time vs. full-time) and experience.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Prepare new account and service paperwork efficiently and effectively to completion.

  • Provide exceptional client service both in person and over the phone to facilitate and resolve client service requests.

  • Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries and escalate cases when appropriate.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of client service standards resulting in client retention and satisfaction.

  • Perform office operations including printing and binding presentations, answering phones, greeting clients and screening calls.

  • Own the process of sending client birthday cards, holiday cards and gifts.

  • Become a CRM expert (Redtail) and utilize the program to keep track of all prospects and clients.

  • Manage projects, vendors, partners, team players, etc., as needed.

Job requirements

  • Proven customer service, client support and problem resolution skills.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills to prioritize decisions in a fast-moving environment.

  • Capability to take ownership of complex situations that result in positive outcomes for clients.

  • Computer savvy, a self-starter, intuitive, motivated, and demonstrate a proficiency in using technology.

  • Possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and able to adapt to changing situations, client emergencies, and advisor prioritization.

  • A high degree of personal integrity, honesty, and ability to work with confidential information daily.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills are crucial.

  • Attention to detail a must.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred but not required.

  • Desire for a part-time schedule (4-5 hours per day M-F) but can be full-time for the right candidate.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a top-tier client service environment, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong technology skills (Excel, Outlook, Word; CRM and Financial Reporting software).

  • Experience with Fidelity Investments platform a plus.
