The Role
As our Client Service & Operations Specialist, you’ll be a vital connection point between our advisors, clients, and operations. You’ll help ensure exceptional client experiences through clear communication, thoughtful follow-up, and strong attention to detail.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys interacting with clients, and takes pride in being organized and reliable. A securities license is not required to start, but support is available if you choose to pursue licensing or certifications as part of your career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients and advisors with account opening, documentation, and service requests.
Prepare for and support client meetings, including reports and follow-up items.
Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, financial planning, and portfolio systems.
Proactively track and follow up on client service requests and transactions.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members.
Handle administrative tasks such as phone coverage, mailing, filing, and form processing.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant industry experience considered)
Experience in financial services or wealth management is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Friendly, professional communication skills and comfort speaking with clients
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
