We utilize a team approach to helping clients maneuver through a complex financial services word.  We are currently seeking a motivated Client Services Associate to join our Santa Monica (Ocean Park) location and help deliver on our client process.

Job Description

Responsible for executing on the client service program including new client onboarding, ongoing client service and daily operational duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Onboard clients with an eye towards excellence and accuracy.

  • Prepare new account and service paperwork efficiently and effectively to completion.

  • Provide customer service both in person and over the phone to facilitate and resolve client service requests.

  • Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate.

  • Assist with client meeting preparation and follow up.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain a systematic appointment scheduling process.

  • Maintain CRM data entry for all clients and prospects.

  • Additional office management duties including supply ordering, filing, phone system technology.

Job requirements

  • B.S/B.A. Degree Preferred.

  • 2+ Year’s Financial Services or Administrative Assistance Experience Preferred.

  • Client Service aptitude.

  • Organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.

  • Attention to Detail.

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

  • Good organization and time management skills.
