We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Associate to join our team. As a Client Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and support for our clients. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our clients, processing daily client service operational tasks, and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and enhance their overall experience.
Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of new clients into our services.
Facilitate trades for client portfolios, as directed by the advisor.
Liaise with insurance companies on insurance and annuity contracts.
Shepherd the rollover process for 401(k) plans.
Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements and adjustments as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve client service offerings.
Take initiative in finding innovative solutions to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years’ experience in Financial Client Services.
Series 65/66 preferred.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor team members.
Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations.
