Weave Wealth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-focused Event & Marketing Coordinator to support our client experience, marketing initiatives, and internal culture. This role plays a key part in strengthening client relationships, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring thoughtful recognition of important client and employee milestones—while operating within a compliant financial advisory environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys coordinating meaningful experiences that reinforce long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Employee Events

  • Plan and execute client appreciation and employee appreciation events from start to finish, including:

    • Securing venues and vendors.

    • Coordinating activities, food, and logistics.

    • Managing RSVPs and attendance tracking.

    • Securing and coordinating sponsor and wholesaler funding.

  • Ensure all events align with firm branding and compliance guidelines.

Client & Employee Recognition

  • Ensure thoughtful and timely delivery of client birthday cards to enhance client relationships.

  • Coordinate gifts and cards to recognize important client life events (e.g., milestones, celebrations, condolences).

  • Track and execute employee birthday and work anniversary recognition.

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Liaise with the firm’s external marketing company regarding:

    • Monthly client newsletters.

    • Website updates.

    • Social media content and scheduling.

  • Assist with maintaining a consistent brand voice across all client-facing materials.

Compliance & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate compliance logs related to client gifting and correspondence.

  • Ensure all marketing activities, events, and client outreach comply with firm and regulatory standards.

Advisor & Business Support

  • Schedule wholesaler office visits and coordinate logistics.

  • Assist with client segmentation efforts to support targeted marketing and communication strategies.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Required Experience: 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, client relations, or related roles.

  • Experience in financial services or a compliance-driven environment is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

  • Comfort working with external vendors and marketing partners.

  • Proficiency with CRM software, event planning tools, and the Microsoft Office suite (or similar tools) is preferred.
