We are seeking an experienced individual (3+ years in the business) to join our firm as a Financial Advisor to focus on client relationship management efforts and provide comprehensive wealth management solutions for our existing client base. In addition to a strong financial model (salary plus bonus), the firm will provide coaching and mentorship to help improve the right candidate’s path to success and work with other advisors to drive the growth of the business.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for cultivating lasting client relationships; provide outstanding service and responsiveness to existing client inquiries and needs, delivering solutions and aligning resources to create an outstanding client experience
Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing client book of business
Prospect for new client acquisition opportunities through referrals, networking and lead generation
Oversee design and implementation of financial plans based on identified risk tolerance, cash flow strategies and appropriate risk and retirement management needs
Provide consultation solutions pursuant to client personal and/or business financial objective
Leverage technology solutions (CRM, Financial Planning & client reporting tools) to enhance the client experience and maintain client service records
Stay abreast of significant changes or developments (e.g. taxation, regulatory, legal, competitive, and technical) within the fields of financial planning and investments
Maintain all required licenses and designations
Maintain an in-depth understanding of compliance, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures
Job requirements
The ideal candidate for this Financial Advisor role will be a motivated self-starter who has a thirst for excellence and will be passionate about contributing to our fast-growing team.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3+ years related financial planning and client relationship management experience
· 4-year degree
· CFP® Designation preferred
· FINRA Series 7, 66, or 65 and 63 licenses
· Exceptional client relationship management skills - both internal and external client facing
· Consummate Team Player
· Proficiency with technology including all Microsoft Office applications, financial planning tools, and CRM software
· Positive attitude with the ability to effectively manage change and adapt in a continual and rapidly changing environment.
Compensation
Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 depending on experience plus bonus opportunity
