Opportunity Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Associate in our Metairie, LA office to serve as a trusted operational and planning partner to our Lead Advisory team. You will help deliver a consistent, high-touch experience by anticipating client needs, coordinating financial-planning and service workflows, communicating clearly, and ensuring each commitment moves from request to accurate, timely completion.

This role is a full-time, in-office position and the ideal candidate is someone who combines strong client instincts with disciplined execution. You will have meaningful exposure to affluent client relationships, financial planning, investment-service processes, and industry technology that support an efficient advisory practice. Your work will improve the client experience, create capacity for advisors, and help a growing team scale thoughtfully.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for assigned clients, resolving requests and keeping clients and advisors informed of status, next steps, and timelines.

  • Partner with Lead Advisors to prepare for client meetings, organize data and materials, document decisions, and coordinate follow-up actions.

  • Support the development and maintenance of financial plans based on client goals, cash flow, risk tolerance, retirement needs, and other approved planning inputs.

  • Coordinate account openings, transfers, contributions, distributions, beneficiary changes, money movement, and account maintenance within established procedures and authority.

  • Prepare, review, submit, and track client documentation and service requests; identify missing information and resolve outstanding items promptly.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s circumstances and surface relevant service or planning needs to the advisory team.

  • Maintain complete, timely, and accurate client records in the CRM, financial-planning, reporting, and document-management systems.

  • Coordinate with custodians, product partners, and external professionals as appropriate to move client work forward.

  • Help improve workflows, templates, checklists, and technology adoption to strengthen quality, consistency, and capacity.

  • Remain current on relevant regulatory, tax, planning, investment, and technology developments and follow all firm policies and supervisory procedures.

  • Maintain required registrations, licenses, and continuing-education requirements.

Qualifications & Experience 

Required Qualifications 

  • Relevant experience in the financial services, wealth management or investment advisory business.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed, deadline-driven client work with accuracy and sound judgment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain processes clearly.

  • Proficiency with CRM, financial-planning, client-reporting, document-management, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, protect confidential information, and adapt as priorities evolve.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting affluent or high-net-worth client relationships.

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63, Series 65 or Series 66

  • Experience with LPL Financial platforms and workflows.

  • Hands-on experience preparing or updating comprehensive financial plans.

  • Evidence of process improvement, technology adoption, or mentoring less-experienced colleagues.
