Stratos Wealth Partners is a successful, growth-oriented Wealth Management team. We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Services Associate / Paraplanner in our Metairie, LA office.
The firm is seeking an experienced individual (5+ years in the business) to partner with their lead advisor and focus on existing affluent client base to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service and responsiveness to existing client inquiries and needs, delivering solutions and aligning resources to create an outstanding client experience.
Work directly with the Lead Advisor to provide support for financial planning and client relationship service.
Develop Financial Planning Solutions based on identified risk tolerance, cash flow strategies and appropriate risk and retirement management needs.
Provide consultative solutions pursuant to client personal and/or business financial objective.
Gain a thorough understanding of each client's financial situation to help create and deliver suitable investment strategies.
Leverage technology solutions (CRM, Financial Planning & client reporting tools) to enhance client experience and maintain client service records.
Stay abreast of significant changes or developments (e.g. taxation, regulatory, legal, competitive, and technical) within the fields of financial planning and investments.
Maintain all required licenses and designations.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of compliance, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
Financial planning: 3 years (Required).
LPL Experience (Preferred).
Familiarity with wealth management systems CRM and financial planning software.
Education:
Bachelor's (Required).
License:
CFP (Preferred).
FINRA Series 7, 66, or 65 and 63 licenses required.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years related financial planning and client relationship management experience.
4-year degree.
CFP® Designation or CFP® candidate preferred.
FINRA Series 7, 66, or 65 and 63 licenses required.
Exceptional client relationship management skills - both internal and external client facing.
Consummate Team Player.
Positive attitude with the ability to effectively manage change and adapt in a continual and rapidly changing environment.
The successful candidate for this position must be highly motivated, able to multi-task effectively, have strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and be willing to work independently.
