We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trading Specialist / Portfolio Manager to join our team and contribute to this mission.
Key Responsibilities
Execute trades across individual accounts and block trading platforms.
Oversee portfolio management functions including:
Performance reporting in accordance with GIPS standards.
Asset allocation reviews and recommendations.
Processing all distribution requests (scheduled and ad hoc).
Conduct light investment research to support portfolio decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client service.

Our Ideal Candidate
This Trading Specialist/Portfolio Manager role requires strong time management skills and an ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment. Additionally, our ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly and efficiently with given technology and the ability to multi-task and independently solve problems. Additionally, we are looking for someone who:
Holds a B.S./B.A. Degree preferred in finance, economics, or accounting
Has 3+ years’ direct experience in trading or portfolio management
Is Series 65 licensed – other designations such as the CFA are welcome but not required
Has proficiency with Fidelity and Schwab platforms, as well as Orion/Eclipse and Morningstar.
Has excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
Has strong time management and organizational skills
Is a self-starter, intuitive, endlessly curious, motivated, and demonstrates a high degree of proficiency in using technology.
Possesses the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision, and is able to adapt to changing situations, client emergencies, and advisor prioritization.
Has a basic knowledge of Investment Advisory Regulations.
Demonstrates the highest level of personal integrity, honesty and can deal with confidential information daily
Compensation
Salary starting at $80,000 with potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.
