About the Role

We are seeking a Wealth Management Client Service Associate to join our practice. This is a client-facing role that blends operations, relationship management, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—both on the success of our clients and the continued growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via written communication.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings.

  • Open and maintain client accounts; assist with asset transfers, contributions, and money movement.

  • Partner with compliance to ensure operational accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Prepare and maintain internal reports that support advisor and firm efficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and advisors to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.

  • Obtain (or be willing to obtain) notary certification, with firm support.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience using Redtail CRM.

  • Experience with Fidelity Institutional as custodian.

  • Background in financial services or a related industry, such as:

  • A registered investment advisory firm.

  • Custodian/custodial platform (Fidelity Institutional preferred).

  • Private banking or a wirehouse firm.
