About the Role
We are seeking a Wealth Management Client Service Associate to join our practice. This is a client-facing role that blends operations, relationship management, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—both on the success of our clients and the continued growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via written communication.
Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings.
Open and maintain client accounts; assist with asset transfers, contributions, and money movement.
Partner with compliance to ensure operational accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain internal reports that support advisor and firm efficiency.
Act as a liaison between clients and advisors to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.
Obtain (or be willing to obtain) notary certification, with firm support.

Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience).

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Preferred (but not required)
Experience using Redtail CRM.
Experience with Fidelity Institutional as custodian.
Background in financial services or a related industry, such as:
A registered investment advisory firm.
Custodian/custodial platform (Fidelity Institutional preferred).
Private banking or a wirehouse firm.
