We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced professional—someone with 3-5 years in the financial services industry—who is eager to support our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our lead financial advisors to ensure our clients receive personalized, high-quality guidance every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day will include preparing for client meetings, conducting in-depth research, and helping manage ongoing communications to keep our client relationships strong and informed.
Work with the Lead Advisor to deliver impactful client meetings. This will entail meeting preparation, including presentations, report generation, and client follow-up.
Work with the Lead Advisor to develop a thorough understanding of each client's financial situation to develop and create comprehensive financial plans.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Maintain and update client records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with client meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Conduct in-depth research on financial strategies and insurance products.
Assist in the analysis of client financial data, including assets, liabilities, income and expenses.
Prepare and present financial reports, projections, and recommendations to the lead advisor.
Continually work to improve processes and procedures and identify opportunities to provide enhanced client service
Promote professional development by maintaining an in-depth understanding of financial planning, capital markets and the financial services industry
Stay abreast of significant changes or developments (e.g., taxation, regulatory, legal, competitive, and technical) within the fields of investments and financial services
Maintain all required licenses and designations
Job requirements
Key Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 combination).
Minimum of 3, preferred 5, years related financial planning and client relationship management experience with an RIA, or wire house.
CRM experience (Redtail a plus).
LPL ClientWorks system experience is also a plus.
Knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning concepts.
Proficient in financial planning software (eMoney preferred), Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. Proficiency in Morningstar Advisor Workstation and Orion a plus
Exceptional client relationship management skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to effectively manage change and adapt in a continual and rapidly changing environment.
Be able to meet deadlines and be very detail oriented.
Be very organized with the ability to deviate from one project to another.
Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
Accept feedback and constructive criticism well.
