We are an Evansville, IN-based independent, fiduciary, fee-only wealth management firm that is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Client Service Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a boutique, high-touch environment serving high-net-worth clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a key member of the team, the Wealth Management Client Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations that ensure exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment, values autonomy, is self-motivated, and wants to make a direct impact on the success of both our clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing extraordinary service. This includes in person, over the phone, and in writing.

  • Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings.

  • Open and maintain client accounts; assist with asset transfers and money movement.

  • Coordinate with compliance on operational matters.

  • Maintain and prepare internal reports.

  • Facilitate seamless communication between clients and advisor.

  • Willingness to become a notary (firm will assist if needed).

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience.

  • Additional Compensation: Quarterly and annual bonus plan.

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience using Redtail CRM.

  • Experience in financial services or a related industry (A registered investment advisory firm, custodian/custodial platform (Fidelity Institutional preferred), private banking or a wirehouse firm).
